After moving from Chicago to St. Louis Park, Tami Cabrera missed only one thing: cheesecake. Unable to find the same kind she grew up with, Tami took matters into her own hands and opened Muddy Paws Cheesecake. The mind-boggling list of 222+ flavors includes Cotton Candy, Peanut Butter Salted Caramel, and Raspberry Beret. Muddy Paws is the only bakery in the world to be certified in gluten-free and vegan cheesecake production. All flavors are available as special orders, but more than 25 flavors are featured in the shop each day by the slice or whole cake. Dave the Pie Guy features a different dessert in the name, but more than one customer has declared their cheesecake to be the best ever.
